We believe in recognizing and celebrating how Moose Members support our mission and their communities. Fundraising events for Mooseheart and Moosehaven, or supporting a local charity or family in need, we want to hear about it.
We hope that by highlighting these stories, your stories will inspire others to get involved in their Lodge and make a difference in their own communities.

Rutland Lodge #1122 hosted a packing party to support Vermont's foster children with over 500 backpacks filled with essential items. These are called Comfort Cases, which feature a new set of pajamas, toiletries, a hygiene kit, a journal or activity book, a story book, a Tommy Moose toy, and a blanket.
In Vermont, there are more than 1,400 children in foster care. Dan Companion, said the idea for the event came from lodge members in Ellsworth, Maine, after they hosted a Comfort Cases presentation with other members from the Northeast Moose Association several months ago. “This is what fraternities are about — coming together as a community.”
